Accident Hero - Fighting for justice not just compensation

The personal injury sector is a very crowded market. Rather than pay huge referral fees for cases to National accident Helpline, McKeown's Solicitors wanted their own brand to acquire leads.

Response
The aim was to revolutionise the injury and claim marketplace by revolting against the aggressive, dour, and often stuffy marketing in the industry. The brand was not just about getting compensation but about being a hero and righting wrongs. Hence the name, 'Accident Hero'. The character was strong, confident, honest, trustworthy, helpful, friendly, modest, knowledgeable and protective. In essence, the sort of person you would like to turn up and take care of everything. Accident Hero had to appeal to everyone, so who better to be his voice than Peter Dickson, the voice of X Factor.
